- Organizer’s authorization: You need the authorization of the event’s organizer to apply for temporary uplinking. He or she will use the authorization letter addressed to you to grant you the power to apply for the permission to temporary uplink said event.
- TV channel’s consent: In case the applicant of the temporary uplinking is not the TV channel, the TV channel has to authorize the applicant to file the request for temporary uplinking. Thus, you need a letter giving you the TV channel’s content.
- Equipment provider’s consent: The agency who has provided you the equipment to uplink the television channel must also provide its consent. Thus, you need a consent letter from them as well to submit to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
- WPC License: As much of the products you’d use to live telecast the event is wireless, you need the approval of Wireless Planning and Coordination wing. It will state that all the equipment is FIT to uplink your channel.
